Sports Performance Classes

 

Our training programs are designed to increase overall athletic performance and decrease your risk of injury. You will work with our experienced Sports Performance Team to develop flexibility, strength, balance, agility and core stability.

Our programs are specifically tailored to the needs of the athlete.

The session will teach functional athletic movements for improving coordination and body control always emphasizing correct technique. Functional abilities and strength are the focus of the program

The latest youth-sport training methods to meet your needs and goals, whatever your sport.

This class will primary be conducted in a weight room environment with the use of elastic band training, medicine balls, dumbbell and kettlebell training, and plyometric training. There will be some footwork drills used. This is not a speed and agility class session.

Group size will be between 4-12 Athletes per session. The session may be cancelled if the 4 Athlete minimum is not met 24 hours prior to the class. Cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours before the session.

Pricing

Member Athletes

Member athletes receive an allotted number of training sessions as part of their team.  After the allotted number of sessions is reached, athletes may purchase additional sessions.

Non-Member Athletes

Non-Member athletes must purchase a membership before starting their sessions.
