Sports Performance Sessions

Our training programs are designed to increase overall athletic performance and decrease your risk of injury. Athletes will work with our experienced Sports Performance team to develop flexibility, strength, balance, agility and core stability.

Our programs are specifically tailored to the needs of the athlete. The session will teach functional athletic movements for improving coordination and body control, while emphasizing correct technique. Functional abilities and strength are the focus of the program.  The latest youth sports training methods will be used to meet an athlete’s needs and goals, whatever the sport.

Sports Performance sessions will primarily be conducted in a weight room environment with the use of elastic band training, medicine balls, dumbbell and kettlebell training, and plyometric training.  There will be some footwork drills used.

Several packages are available according to session length starting at 45 minutes to 90 minutes.   Program levels include Youth (age 10-12), Junior (age 12-14), Senior (age 14+), and Advanced (age 16+).

Combo sessions use speed and agility drills, plyometric, conditioning and the weight room are available. Group size may range from 1-6 athletes per session.  The session may be cancelled if the 4 athlete minimum is not met 24 hours prior to the session.  Cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours before the session.  Sessions may not be cancelled for athletes that purchase complete summer packages.

Personal training sessions are also available, ranging from 30-75 minutes per session.

Group Sizes

Advanced Group size will be between 1-5 athletes per session.

Senior Group size will be be between 2-8 athletes per session.

Junior Group size will be between 3-12 athletes per session.
