Training Plans

Our sports performance training plans develop the athletic ability needed to compete at the highest levels of competition. The Bronze Level of training is included with your Ballyhoo membership; Silver and Gold Levels are available for those looking to set themselves apart.

GOLD (Optimal Training Plan): Our highest level of training with one-on-one instruction will allow trainers to create individuated workouts to meet the athlete’s needs in the quickest and most efficient manner. Testing, assessments and measurements recorded on a frequent basis to ensure the athlete is progressing to meet their goals.

SILVER (Median Training Plan): Advanced level of training, conduced in a small group setting with 5-10 athletes of similar skill level. Allows for individual attention proving challenging workouts in a competitive nature. Athletes are suggested to commit to 8 weeks of this training with at least 2 sessions per week.

BRONZE (Minimum Training Plan): Train in a group setting with focus on progressively advancing athletes through all components of Sports Performance Training: stabilization, flexibility, strength, speed & agility. This is included with your Ballyhoo membership.
