Please note: Players wishing to play in the NIT on a U16 or U19 must attend the August 24th Tryout
Our mission is to provide field hockey training and teams for the beginner to the college bound athlete. BH Field Hockey is the training ground for the York area’s most talented field hockey players. Our club stresses field hockey fundamentals, situational play, individual skill development and team play as well as provides high level training for those who intend on pursuing a collegiate field hockey career.
Our Winter Club Teams season runs from early November 2025 to February 2026
The Winter season includes:-
5 indoor tournaments (both local and regional indoor tournaments)
One practice per week, Mondays at HHAC
Our goal is to field competitive Winter Club teams in the following age groups: U12, U14, U16 & U19
(Players age group is determined by their age on December 31, 2025)
$1250 for the Winter Season
(Reduced fee of $650 for the GK's)
Player Selection and Team Assignment
We assign players based on skill and performance.
Our goal is to develop individual skills within the context of the team so that each player is prepared to play at the appropriate level in the program as well as preparing you to play at the collegiate level. A player’s attitude toward the club, coaches, and their teammates is regarded highly in our selection and retention process.
Teams will consist of 8-12 players.
